ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days nationwide. Please note, orders placed after 4pm Friday will be processed the following Monday and that weekends and public holidays may impact on estimated delivery times.
Modern Collective customer service will contact you if your merchandise is currently out of stock or if we require additional information to process your transaction.
When we receive your order we'll send you a confirmation email of your purchase. This will contain an invoice number, the item(s) and the shipments total cost. Once the product has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number, so you can follow your orders progress at www.courierpost.co.nz.
PAYMENT: We accept the following forms of payment; Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express), via our secure DPS gateway.
All credit card payments are processed by payment solutions company DPS (Deposit Protection Service). This ensures that all payments are processed safely, on an independent and secure server. Using this system means, none of your credit card details are recorded.
If you use Paypal you will be redirected to their website to complete the payment transaction.
Customers can deposit the total purchase amount directly into our bank account. Account information is supplied once purchase item(s) have been confirmed. It is important to reference your order number, when making a deposit. Product will be dispatched, as soon as funds have been cleared.
Please ensure all your personal information; address, email, credit card and banking details are filled out correctly, to ensure we can process your purchase efficiently. We respect your privacy and assure you that we will use this information responsibly and keep it private and secure.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
MODERN COLLECTIVE ONLINE
All orders over $100 are freight free. Purchases under this amount will incur a small freight cost (between $6-12 dollars, depending on the delivery location).
We will have promotions where the freight is Free
All deliveries within New Zealand are sent via Courier Post. Use the tracking number supplied to track your package via
www.courierpost.co.nz or call our office on +649 407 5234.
Delivery is not available to P.O Box or rural addresses. If you need any assistance arranging an alternative shipping address, please don’t hesitate to contact us
Please note – when receiving a package that maybe damaged or opened, to note this when signing for the goods. This is for your own protection and coverage. Signing for a parcel without any notifications effectively confirms the item has been received in good condition.

Any full priced items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or online credit.
Sale Items must not be returned, unless item is faulty.
Items must be in retail condition; all tags and packaging attached.
Under no circumstances should the product be worn, altered or washed
Product that is not in a new or unused condition will not be accepted.
Footwear must include the original shoe box, but this is not to be used for shipping purposes.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns are at the customer’s expense.
The return of the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer, until it reaches Modern Collective. We advise that all returned goods are tracked.

Securely repackage your item(s) in retail condition.

Ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Island Style cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship.
We will contact you via email once your return has been received and processed.
Packages received at Modern Collective after the return time frame (14days from receipt) will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME:
If your package arrives at Modern Collective, within the timeline specified above, your exchange or online credit note will be processed within 24 hours. You will be notified by email when this transaction has taken place. Please allow up to 2-3 working days before contacting Modern Collective.
If a product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will endeavour to replace it. If a suitable replacement cannot be attained, a store credit will be issued.
Please note that the warranty is with the manufacture and not Modern Collective and is subject to that specific manufactures warranty terms and conditions.
All products must be accompanied with a receipt of purchase
If an item has been used please return clean and reasonable condition.
